Are the listed prices in Australian Dollars?

Yes, all prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please feel free to use an online currency converter to convert these prices to your local currency.

Prices listed to do not include postage and/or insurance costs. Prior to delivery insurance can be arranged.

For Australian customers, GST has been included in the retail price.

Do you take commissions and how do I order a commissioned piece?

Yes, commissioned pieces are welcomed. Feel free to contact me either by email or phone to discuss the details of the piece that you would like commissioned.

Appointments can be arranged.

Can I purchase an item that is out of stock?

In most cases you can purchase an item that is out of stock, however this will depend on the piece. Some items cannot be reproduced if they are 'one off' commissions or limited edition pieces.

Many of the items listed in my catalogue can be made to order to meet each clients individual requirements. Please contact me with any queries you have regarding the item/s you have seen in my catalogue.

How do I order an item that I have seen on your site?

You can enquire about ordering an item you've seen in the catalogue by clicking on the 'Enquire' button from the catalogue item page.

Please fill out the form with as much information as you can regarding your order, and I will get in touch with you asap.

PayPal is accepted as is direct deposit.

Alternatively you can call or email me to discuss any item you've seen, or to discuss commissioning a piece.

I see a piece I like but would it be possible to have a different stone?

Generally this is possible but will depend on the piece and the availability of certain gemstones. Please feel free to email me and chat about any customisations you would like.

Please keep in mind that some customisations may alter the retail cost of a listed item.

Colour changes are also possible with most of the coloured titanium pieces.

Is a deposit required for commissioned pieces?

Yes, usually an initial deposit of 50% will be required once a commission has been taken.

Clients are able to pay the initial deposit either by direct debit or through Paypal. Naturally local clients are welcome to pay in person.

Once a piece has been completed, Tam will arrange a final invoice that will include the remaining balance, and any additional postage and/or insurance costs.

How much does postage cost?

Generally most items will be sent by Australia Post, either by registered or express satchel. Postage costs are determined by where the item is being posted to, whether the postage is registered or express, and also whether insurance has been included.

Postage costs will be discussed with clients prior to delivery.

International clients may be required to pay any local import duties or taxes.
